WOODSTOCK, Ontario. (Sept. 10, 2013) — DeLaval debuted components of its Optifeeding system for the first time in North America at Canada’s Outdoor Farm Show on Tuesday. On display was the DeLaval Optimat II – Standard system which features automated feed delivery and feed mixing.
WOODSTOCK, Ontario. (Sept. 10, 2013) — DeLaval has been awarded a contract to supply milking, cooling and herd management solutions to Canada’s new $25-million Dairy Research Innovation Centre at the Elora Research Station in southern Ontario. Construction of the state-of-the-art dairy research facility – a joint project between the Agricultural Research Institute of Ontario, the University of Guelph and the Ontario dairy industry – is slated for completion in October 2014.
